Staff Application

Applications are open to join the BossCraft Staff Team!

Head over to our #Staff-Applications channel and read the information from our Applications bot.

If you meet the requirements, click the "Start Application" button at the bottom.

You will then have 20 minutes to answer each question - so try your best. Good luck!

Boss Announcer

Watch out! A Boss has spawned on one of the Realms!

Get notified when the Boss spawns and track damage statistics in real time from our custom bots!

Voice Chats

Join one of our public or private lounges to talk to your friends as your explore your adventure across BossCraft!

Suggestions and Bot Commands

BossCraft is 100% dedicated to the Community - and that means listening to what the players want!

If there's something you would like added or removed from our network, make a suggestion using our Suggestion Bot with /suggestion make <server> <suggestion>

Support Tickets

Creating your Ticket

To create a ticket, look for our #Support-Tickets channel and click "Create ticket"

From there, you will see a new channel open up in the Support tab where you are connected with the BossCraft Staff Team.

Please remember support is free, do not ping staff unless it is an emergency

A member of our Staff Team will respond to your ticket and address your issue directly!

Closing Tickets

When you are ready to close your ticket, click the Close button under the initial message from Ticket Tool, and scroll down to click the red Close.

After our Staff Team has finished assisting you, they may click the initial close button for you, where you can close the ticket on your own as a sign that your issue has been resolved!

After closing your ticket, you will see a DM Transcript from Ticket Tool with details from your recent support in BossCraft.
